Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer at R Consulting. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, designing logos, managing branding projects, and implementing typography elements in designs on a day-to-day basis.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing graphics for political campaigns, including posters, social media content, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with the campaign team to develop design strategies that align with political messaging.
  • Create innovative designs that resonate with the target audience, particularly in the political context.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are delivered on time.
  • Stay updated on current design trends, especially those relevant to political campaigns.


Requirements:

  • Political Experience: Must have a proven track record of working on political campaigns or related projects. This experience is essential and will be a key consideration in the hiring process.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Telugu is must and should. Candidates who are not proficient in Telugu will not be considered.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Strong creative skills and the ability to think outside the box.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of VFX and experience in video editing will be an added advantage.
