Responsibilities:

 Assist the Head of Compensation & Benefits in the strategic planning and

execution of compensation and benefits programs.

 Process and manage complex employee benefits enrolments, changes, and

terminations.

 Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits records in HRIS

systems, ensuring data integrity, carrying out changes in the employee master

on account of any changes in compensation

 Conduct regular audits of benefits and compensation data to ensure accuracy

and compliance with legal requirements.

 Prepare and distribute comprehensive benefits and compensation

communications to employees, Generate Increment / Promotion letters.

 Respond to and resolve complex employee inquiries regarding benefits and

compensation policies and procedures.

 Assist in the preparation of detailed reports and presentations for senior

management.

Requirements:

 Proven experience as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist or

similar role.

 Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in statistical analysis, data

modeling, and advanced Excel functions.

 Extensive experience with HRIS and compensation management software

(e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).

 In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to

compensation and benefits.

 Excellent communication skills to convey policies and benefits to employees.

 High attention to detail for accurate data management and reporting.

 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related

field.

 Certification in Compensation
