Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled VMware vRealize Suite and Tanzu Operations Engineer to manage and maintain our private cloud infrastructure across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of VMware vRealize Suite, TKGi platform, NSX-T, and AVI load balancers.Key Responsibilities:VMware vRealize Suite Management Administer and manage day-to-day operations of VMware vRealize Suite (Aria Operations, Aria Automation, Aria for Logs, Aria for Networks).Perform upgrades and patching of VMware vRealize Suite components.TKGi Platform OperationsMonitor the health of TKGi platform using BOSH, vRealize Operations (vROps), vRealize Network Insight (vRNI), and Wavefront.Manage and upgrade TKGi clusters, including BOSH upgrades.Troubleshoot issues within private cloud foundations across multiple sites.Tanzu Platform SupportDiagnose and resolve problems encountered on the Tanzu Kubernetes Grid Integrated (TKGi) platform.Network & Load Balancer OperationsPerform day-to-day operations and upgrades of NSX-T Data Center.Manage AVI load balancer, including AVI WAF and AKO/AMKO components.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong experience with VMware vRealize Suite (Aria Operations, Automation, Logs, Networks).Hands-on expertise in TKGi platform, BOSH, and Tanzu Kubernetes operations.Proficiency in NSX-T and AVI load balancer administration.Solid troubleshooting skills across private cloud infrastructure and multi-site foundations.Familiarity with monitoring tools such as vROps, vRNI, and Wavefront.Ability to perform upgrades and maintain high availability in production environments.Preferred Qualifications:VMware certifications (VCP, VCIX, or equivalent).Experience with automation and scripting (PowerCLI, Python, or Ansible).Knowledge of container orchestration and Kubernetes networking.Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
