Position Overview:

Technical Project Manager will oversee and manage Microsoft .Net based projects This role requires a blend of technical expertise in Microsoft.NET technologies along with the Cloud adoption and strong project management skills.


Technolgy:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams working on Microsoft .NET technologies along with cloud mostly Azure or AWS
  • Review and approve technical designs, code, and documentation.
  • Ensure best practices in design and documentation


Project Planning & Management:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones.

Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards


Quality Assurance:

  • Oversee the implementation of testing strategies and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Conduct project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to capture lessons learned.


Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the project team.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to report on progress and address any issues.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.


Risk Management:

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Resolve project issues and escalate as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.


Resource Management:

  • Coordinate with resource managers to allocate and manage project resources.
  • Ensure the project team has the necessary tools, training, and support.
