We are committed to empowering students from Grades 6 to 12+ through innovative, engaging, and result-oriented learning experiences.Role Overview As a Senior Academic Counsellor, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging with prospective customers, understanding their educational needs, and recommending the most suitable learning solutions offered by Infinity Learn.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Sales: Proactively connect with potential customers through calls, meetings, and local outreach to convert leads into successful sales.Consultative Selling: Understand the academic needs of students and parents to recommend personalized learning solutions.Revenue Growth: Plan and execute strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and referrals.Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections effectively, negotiate pricing, and close deals successfully.Home Visits: Conduct home demonstrations to engage with leads in person and showcase product offerings.Desired Skills & CompetenciesStrong sales acumen with a result-oriented mindsetExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentProficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking systemsSelf-motivated, disciplined, and a collaborative team playerQualificationsMinimum 2 years of overall sales experienceAt least 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry (preferably K–12 or test preparation)Bachelor’s degree in any disciplineWork Conditions6-day work week (Monday fixed off)Must own a laptop/device for work-related tasksLocations: Pune | Nagpur | Hyderabad
