🔍 At RAMS, we are looking for a versatile and creative Marketing Executive who is ready to take on the challenge of driving our marketing efforts while managing client communications and overseeing our brand's presence across various channels. This role is pivotal in ensuring that RAMS' innovative solutions are effectively communicated to our audience, both online and offline. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for shaping our brand, managing social media, and coordinating our presence at industry expos.


Responsibilities:

  • Client Communications:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication. Understand client needs and feedback, and relay this information to internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with their expectations. 🤝💬
  • Social Media Management:
  • Oversee all social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement. Ensure that our brand voice is consistent across platforms and that our social media strategy aligns with overall marketing objectives. 📱✍️
  • Branding:
  • Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand image across all marketing channels. Work on branding initiatives that enhance our market presence and resonate with our target audience. 🎨🗣️
  • Expos & Events:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage RAMS' participation in industry expos and events. Handle all aspects of event planning, from logistics to booth setup, ensuring that our brand is effectively represented and that we maximize our exposure. 📅🎪
  • Content Creation:
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, that effectively communicate RAMS' value proposition. ✍️📊
  • Marketing Campaigns:
  • Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Ensure that campaigns are well-coordinated and deliver measurable results. 📈📢
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Use this information to inform marketing strategies and ensure RAMS remains competitive. 🔍🕵️‍♀️ 


The Requirements:

  • MBA in Marketing or a related field. 🎓
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on client communications, social media management, and branding. 📅
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively. 🗣️✍️
  • Experience in the field of warehousing & logistics is an advantage.
  • Ability to oversee and execute branding initiatives that align with company goals. 🎨
  • Experience in planning and managing expos or similar events. 🎪📅
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges. 💡
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. 🤝
