Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Technical Trainers at IT Talent Hub in Chennai. The Technical Trainers will be responsible for delivering training programs in various disciplines such as DevOps, Full stack Development, Software testing. The day-to-day tasks will include provide training and placement support, projects ,designing and developing training materials, conducting sessions, evaluating trainee performance, and providing feedback.


Qualifications

  • Technical Trainers: Possess minimum 5+ years of expertise in the technical domain and the ability to effectively transfer knowledge to trainees.
  • Training & Development: Familiarity with training methodologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
  • Technical Training: Experience in delivering technical training programs and workshops.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and facilitate learning.
  • Training: Ability to assess training needs, design training programs, and measure the effectiveness of training.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in the IT industry is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in related fields are a plus.
