Responsibilities include developing and implementing therapy plans, monitoring progress, maintaining records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Qualifications Proficiency in Speech Therapy techniques, including assessment, planning, and treatmentExpertise in addressing Speech and Language Disorders across age groupsExperience working with Dysphagia and associated swallowing disordersStrong understanding of Communication Disorders and related rehabilitation strategiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teamsCertification or licensure as a Speech Therapist (as applicable)Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field is preferredPrevious clinical experience is an advantage
