Job Title: Windchill PLM Developer

Location: Pune

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Windchill PLM Developer to join our team in Pune. This role requires a deep understanding of the Windchill PLM environment, focusing on application configuration, customization, and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background and a proven track record of working with complex PLM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions within the Windchill PLM environment to meet business requirements.
  • Configure and customize PTC Windchill PDMLink, including Workflow, OIR, and InfoEngine Task.
  • Engage in MPMLink configuration and the management of Options & Variants.
  • Understand and implement change management data models effectively.
  • Develop and maintain Java, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, and XML based applications.
  • Utilize Oracle Database skills to write and optimize SQL scripts for project needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the integration of new features.
  • Provide technical support and guidance during the design and implementation phases to ensure best practices in PLM development are followed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Windchill PLM application configuration, customization, and implementation.
  • Strong experience in PTC Windchill PDMLink, including detailed work with Workflow, OIR, and InfoEngine Task customization.
  • Proficient in Java, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, and XML.
  • Experience with Oracle Database and SQL scripting.
  • Knowledge of MPMLink and Options & Variants is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with web technologies like Ajax, Bootstrap, and jQuery is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of technology users and management.
