Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Associate Professor at the Vijay Patil School of Management. The Associate Professor will be responsible for HR, Operations, and General Management, conducting research, advising students, and contributing to the development of the department and institution. The role will also involve participating in faculty meetings, committees, and other academic activities.


Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in a relevant field (such as Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline)
  • Teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in conducting research and publishing in academic journals
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
  • Demonstrated expertise in a specific area of specialization
  • Commitment to excellence in teaching and student mentorship
  • Relevant industry experience is a plus
