Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tendering Specialist located in Gurugram. The Tendering Specialist will manage end-to-end tendering processes, ensuring timely submission of proposals and compliance with tender requirements. Responsibilities include preparing and submitting tenders, analyzing tender documents, coordinating with internal teams to gather required inputs, and maintaining tender documentation. Strong communication with stakeholders and assisting in procurement-related activities will also be integral to the role. Qualifications Comprehensive experience in Tender Management and handling procurement-related activities.Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret complex tender documents and data effectively.Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.Proficiency in Proposal Writing, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with tender requirements.Proven organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines efficiently.Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with relevant industry standards and practices is an added advantage.
