Role : Sr. Manager, Central Intelligence Unit - Debt Management

About the Central Intelligence Unit (CIU) - Debt Management: Lending is currently the biggest vertical in Navi. One of the top areas of innovation that drives both growth and profitability in lending is our ability to collect most of the loans we have given out - something which is ensured by our Debt Management team. One of the biggest levers to ensure that we are able to collect more and more is our ability to connect with most of our customers who have defaulted. The CIU team will look for innovative ways to trace the customers who are not reachable at the primary contacts given at the time of taking loan. This has to be done while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory compliance and customer-centricity.


How would your role at Navi Look Like?

  • Utilize various existing tracing techniques and tools to locate customers who have defaulted
  • Look for ways to automate the existing processes
  • Find new and innovative ways to trace customers who are no longer reachable.
  • Lead a team to achieve the above objectives


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate
  • Proven experience in customer investigation, with a strong understanding of investigative techniques and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using investigative tools and software, such as databases and scraping platforms.
  • Basic Knowledge of Excel and SQL.
  • Good research & analytical skills, with the ability to interpret & link evidence to trace defaulters.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong self-discipline and self-management skills, able to work effectively as part of a team or on a single contributor project.
