Named after the legendary mathematician Bhaskaracharya, the lab blends India’s intellectual heritage with cutting-edge AI.We are looking for humanities graduates who love stories, culture, research, writing, and experimenting with new technologies—especially AI video generation tools.Role OverviewThis is a hybrid creative-research role. You will work closely with our AI/creative team to conceptualise, script, design, and produce culturally rich content—especially short-form AI-generated videos, narratives, and visual explainers.Ideal for someone who loves reading, writing, history, mythology, culture, documentaries, and exploring how AI can help bring ideas to life.Key Responsibilities👉 Content & CommunicationResearch and write short scripts, storyboards, explainers, and micro-content for AI video projects.Convert historical, literary, cultural, or philosophical ideas into high-impact visual narratives.Support communication campaigns for Project Bhaskar’s research, prototypes, and public updates.Assist in documentation, blogs, micro-essays, newsletters, and concept notes.👉 AI Video Prompt EngineeringCreate detailed prompts for AI video generation tools (Runway, Pika, Sora-style systems, etc.).Experiment with styles, aesthetics, scenes, and visual direction.Maintain a prompt library and experiment tracking system.Collaborate with artists, designers, and engineers to refine outputs.Research & IdeationExplore Indian history, literature, myth, and philosophy to find themes for video content.Help design educational and cultural AI experiences.Participate in brainstorming sessions for new storytelling formats.Who We’re Looking ForPreferred Background: Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, History, Philosophy, Political Science, Anthropology, Cultural Studies, or similar humanities fields.Skills & QualitiesStrong writing, storytelling, and narrative structuring skills.Interest in AI video generation, creative technologies, and digital media.Curiosity about culture, history, mythology, and research-heavy topics.Ability to work on-site in Ajmer at Adaptiv’s Bhaskar Lab.Bonus: familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Pika, etc.)—not mandatory.Why Join Us?Work at one of India’s first cultural AI research labs.Learn AI video creation, prompt engineering, and multimodal storytelling.Collaborate with researchers, designers, and engineers shaping next-gen Indian AI.Freedom to experiment, create, and publish breakthrough work.Growth-focused, high-ownership environment for young creators.Employment DetailsLocation: Adaptiv AI Lab – Bhaskar, AjmerType: Full-time, On-siteExperience: 0–2 yearsCompensation: Competitive; based on skills & potentialStart Date: ImmediateApply: Send CV + writing sample (or any creative work) to hello@adaptiv.me
