Over the past six years, Sarvoham has rescued more than 3,000 street animals and currently shelters over 180 dogs. The organization focuses on educating the public about coexistence with animals, collaborating on community and government initiatives, and preventing issues through spaying, neutering, and vaccinations. Based in Bangalore, Sarvoham aims to create a compassionate and inclusive environment for both animals and people. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban for an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Board. The Executive Assistant will provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO and Board, assisting with tasks such as managing expense reports, coordinating schedules, and organizing meetings. Daily responsibilities also include diary management, maintaining confidential documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders. The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Qualifications Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive SupportProficiency in managing Expense Reports and Diary ManagementStrong skills in Administrative Assistance and general office coordinationExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive informationProactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solvingBachelor’s degree or relevant work experience preferredPassion for animal welfare is a plus
