Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Architect at Amiltus Builders in Bareilly. We are seeking a talented Architect to join our dynamic team in Bareilly.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of architectural design projects from initial concept to completion.
• Collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Preparing detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Adhering to building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Researching and analyzing design trends and technologies.
• Providing technical guidance and support to the construction team.
• Managing project budgets and timelines effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and design concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for creating innovative and sustainable designs.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Knowledge of approval drawing and submittals.
