Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 11 am - 7 pm)

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Community Manager at EcomEdge.in. The Community Manager will be responsible for fostering an engaging and supportive online community for students learning Indian dropshipping. Key aspects of the role include managing member interactions, creating content to drive participation, and ensuring timely responses to all queries. The role also involves gathering feedback, monitoring coach performance, and building a robust knowledge base to enhance the overall community experience and satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with members by responding to questions and starting discussions to maintain an active, supportive community.
  • Ensure 100% of member queries are answered within 24 hours with detailed, helpful responses.
  • Foster a positive environment by reacting to and recognizing member posts and achievements.
  • Create engaging content like polls, challenges, and resource-sharing posts; upload feedback call recordings with proper descriptions.
  • Enforce community guidelines and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
  • Onboard new members, ensuring access is granted and providing resources for a smooth start.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to enhance community experience and engagement.
  • Build and maintain a knowledge base from community interactions and coaching sessions.
  • Monitor coach performance, ensure timely responses, and provide feedback to improve quality.
  • Manage review and refund requests while collaborating with finance to process them efficiently.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in community management or social media management
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in online marketing and content creation
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Compensation:

  • 25K + incentives per month
