7-9 years’ experience in Service Now Configuration
Requisite Core Skills / Experience:
- Deep understanding of the ITSM Module within ServiceNow
- Experience of working with NOW apps
- Experience working in ServiceNow projects
- Capable of working in waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Experience of Business analysis
- A good awareness of the role that ServiceNow testing tools play in the software development lifecycle
- Able to demonstrate a true understanding of value and use this to prioritize a large backlog effectively, to optimize Business Value with finite resources
- Strong at building effective relationships
- Ability to work with minimal guidance and willing to take ownership
- Analytical, logical, thorough and methodical
- Troubleshooting / Problem management skills
- Excellent interpersonal manner, communication skills & customer focused
- Ability to translate key complex technical issues into common business language, specifically to be able to write stories for use in Agile processes
