We at Collabera Digital looking for a skilled Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer with extensive experience in AEM design, development, and deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and AEM architecture, with a proven ability to build responsive and high-performing web applications within the AEM ecosystem.


Location : Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad(Hybrid), Pune( remote)

Key Responsibilities:

  • AEM Development: Bring over 5 years of hands-on experience with AEM, including design, development, and deployment of AEM-based websites.
  • Component & Template Creation: Utilize 5+ years of experience in creating applications, templates, and custom components for AEM/CQ products, including WCM, DAM, CQSE, and CRX.
  • Workflow Customization & Integration: Leverage 5+ years of expertise in customizing AEM workflows and integrating AEM with other enterprise systems.
  • AEM Architecture: Deeply understand AEM architecture, particularly Sling, OSGi, Oak, and Sightly, with 5+ years of experience.
  • Responsive Design: Build responsive websites within AEM, ensuring compatibility across devices and maintaining high usability standards.
  • Content Management: Develop and manage AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms, ensuring optimal performance and content delivery.
  • Technical Knowledge: Work with RESTful web services, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, HTML, and CSS, as well as messaging systems like AMQ or RabbitMQ.
  • Java Development: Have at least 2 years of experience with Java/J2EE, with a preference for experience in Java 8+.
  • Documentation & Collaboration: Create detailed technical design documentation and collaborate closely with other developers throughout the design and build phases.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • AEM Expertise: 5+ years of experience with AEM, specifically with recent work in AEM 6.5.
  • Java Proficiency: 5+ years of Java experience, ideally Java 8 or later.

Preferred Skills:

  • Frontend Development: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6), HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
  • Modern JavaScript Frameworks: Familiarity with ReactJS and NodeJS is a plus.
