We are seeking an IT Recruitment Specialist to join our professional services team based in Pune, Maharashtra.

At HARP, you will act as the account manager for our esteemed IT clients, Your responsibilities will encompass the entire recruitment lifecycle, from niche to bulk hiring, while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction by providing high-quality services within defined timelines. Serving as a single point of contact, you will gather client requirements, understand them thoroughly, and execute tasks such as sourcing, screening, cold calling, interviewing, and post-offer follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates across various levels and domains.
  • Handle client relationships effectively, understanding their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Exhibit strong reasoning and decision-making skills, with a thirst for learning
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results while maintaining quality standards.
  • Utilize ATS tools preferably Ceipal to generate reports and insights, presenting findings to management for informed decision-making
  • Align with the company's vision and develop roadmaps to achieve strategic goals in the IT recruitment industry.
  • Contribute as an individual contributor alongside team management to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scale up the business and achieve greater milestones in the IT recruitment industry
  • Hold a management degree, technical degree, or bachelor's degree with basic IT knowledge
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in IT Recruitment preferably in Leadership hiring
  • Client management experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in using ATS tools and generating reports to track recruitment metrics and performance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Passion for technology and a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends and developments.
