Looking for Strategic Sourcing Head for Nasik location having extensive experience in Sourcing strategy, Supplier development & Total supplier quality in any manufacturing industry like Construction Equipment, Mining Equipment, Heavy Commercial Vehicles, Off-Road Vehicles, Heavy Equipment


Qualification Metric:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.


Key responsibilities :

  • Global process implementation, stabilization, improvement
  • Category management
  • Sourcing support
  • Project and localization execution
  • Benchmarking and sourcing analytics
  • Create India Sourcing set-up and organization to deliver on expectations.
  • Major focus areas are Underground and Surface portfolios with tight collaboration with Parts & Services, Tools and Attachments divisions.
  • Operational excellence in Strategic Sourcing
  • Strengthen compliance competence
  • Support dual capability approach including regional and global sourcing
  • India, regional and global stakeholder management
