We are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Business Intelligence Associate with hands-on Microsoft Great Plains and Dynamics 365 experience to join our growing team in Bengaluru. You will play a pivotal role in:


  • Supporting diverse US-based clients: Engage directly with clients across various industries, with a focus on those utilizing Microsoft Great Plains and Dynamics 365 ERP systems, to understand their unique business challenges.
  • Identifying key BI needs: Uncover critical areas for improvement, design and implement efficient data extraction and transformation processes from Microsoft Great Plains/Dynamics 365 systems, and resolve data quality issues.
  • Creating impactful analytics: Develop insightful reports and dashboards using leading BI tools like Power BI, Qlik, and ThoughtSpot, specifically tailored to leverage data from Microsoft Great Plains/Dynamics 365.
  • Operationalizing process mining: Utilize tools like Celonis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization, particularly within Microsoft Great Plains/Dynamics 365 workflows.
  • Generating data-driven stories: Translate complex data into compelling narratives that resonate with business leaders, highlighting insights gleaned from Microsoft Great Plains/Dynamics 365 systems.
  • Providing regular updates: Communicate findings and insights to client stakeholders on a weekly basis, demonstrating a deep understanding of their Microsoft Great Plains/Dynamics 365 environments.


Your Profile:


  • BI & ERP Expertise: Proficient in SQL databases, Power BI, Qlik, and other relevant BI tools. Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Great Plains and Dynamics 365 ERP systems, including knowledge of their data structures and integration capabilities.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with scripting languages (e.g., Python) or ETL tools to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes from Microsoft Great Plains/Dynamics 365.
  • Proven experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in operationalizing business intelligence and process mining solutions for companies across diverse industries, with a focus on clients using Microsoft Great Plains/Dynamics 365.
  • Critical thinking and communication: Possess strong analytical skills, the ability to solve complex problems, and exceptional communication skills to convey insights effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn: A continuous learner who stays ahead of industry trends and embraces new challenges.
