We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Data Analyst/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, data analytics, and working with various data tools and libraries. You will be responsible for analyzing complex data, creating reports, and developing data pipelines. This position requires proficiency in Python, Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and SQL Server. Knowledge of additional technologies like RestAPI, Microsoft Server, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and Shell scripting is a plus.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to extract valuable insights and generate actionable reports.
  • Develop, test, and deploy Python-based data solutions, including scripts and data pipelines.
  • Utilize libraries such as Numpy, Pandas, and Matplotlib to manipulate and visualize data.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting from SQL Server.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver data solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize existing data pipelines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain REST APIs for data integration, as needed.
  • Document processes, methodologies, and best practices for data handling and reporting.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Python: Strong programming skills, including working with libraries like Numpy, Pandas, and Matplotlib for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Data Analytics: Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets to draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Numpy & Pandas: Proficient in data manipulation and transformation with these libraries.
  • Matplotlib: Experience in data visualization and reporting.
  • SQL Server: Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • REST APIs: Experience with developing and consuming RESTful APIs for data integration.
  • Microsoft Server: Knowledge of Microsoft Server environment and tools.
  • Agile / Scrum: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework for software development.
  • Shell Scripting: Experience with writing Shell scripts for automation tasks and data management.
