We’re looking for a Product Manager who will be the driving force behind our product development and market strategy. You’ll be at the intersection of engineering, design, and marketing, leading the charge to bring our product from concept to market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, has a deep understanding of product management in tech, and is eager to tackle the unique challenges of the healthcare sector.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

User & Market Insights:

  • Conduct in-depth user research and market analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities in the healthcare space.
  • Translate these insights into product requirements and guide the team in developing user-centric solutions.

MVP Development:

  • Define and prioritize MVP features that align with user needs and business objectives.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of the MVP.

Cost & Usability Considerations:

  • Analyze cost structures and work to optimize the product’s cost-effectiveness without compromising usability.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to enhance the user experience, ensuring the product is intuitive and accessible.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Craft and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that includes product positioning, pricing, and channel selection.
  • Identify and validate key markets and customer segments for product launch.

Team Leadership:

  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team that can drive product growth post-launch.
  • Provide mentorship and strategic direction to ensure team alignment with overall company goals.

Marketing & Branding:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that effectively communicate the product’s value proposition.
  • Lead branding efforts to establish a strong and recognizable market presence.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work across engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product development and successful market entry.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all product-related communications within the organization.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, healthcare professionals, and potential customers, to align product strategy with broader business objectives.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
  • An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years in product management, with a strong track record in tech or healthcare. Experience in deep tech, medtech, or assistive technology is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in bringing a product from concept to market, particularly within a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Expertise in developing go-to-market strategies and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams around a shared vision.
  • Deep understanding of product development, UX/UI principles, and cost analysis.
  • Passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of adapting to changing circumstances in a startup environment.
