Position Objective

To ensure smooth functioning of Oracle applications thereby supporting and improving the business processes through Change management and Incident requests.

Principal Responsibility

  • Technical Support Oracle Apps and technical component (SCM, MFG Fin and custom component) . Most preferred SCM (O2C Track).
  • Coordinate with Cross Functional teams of IT Dept. like Application section, Infrastructure & DBA .
  • Coordinate with Application sections members and their Heads.
  • Good knowledge of Oracle SCM /MFG /FIN modules.
  • Proactively maintain & continuous updation of knowledge on product functionality, new features, related modules etc.
  • Support Internal & External SOX Audits and IT Audits.

Knowledge

  • Domain Knowledge (SCM, Sales, Finance).
  • Expertise in Forms 10g, Reports 10g, XML Reports, Oracle workflow. Shell scripting.
  • Expertise in SQL / PL/SQL , SQL Loader ,Form Personalization and ability to perform performance tuning.
  • Good Knowledge of Oracle Apps Standards, Table Structure, Architecture and Database 1 or 3 implementations
  • Should have knowledge in P2P ,O2C,MFG cycles and Inventory Processes. Knowledge/experience in WMS will be added advantage

? Expertise in creating Interfaces through Standard API's and Interface Tables and data loading.

? Expert in using Tools like Toad, SQL Developer etc.

? Capable of integrating Third party tools with Oracle Apps Databases.

? Good Analytical, Technical, Time Management and Communication Skills.

? Should have a passion for troubleshooting and solving difficult technical problems

? Knowledge of MS Office and Documentation Tools
