Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Implementation & Operations Specialist to lead the implementation and management of NetSuite ERP across our e-commerce and retail operations. This individual will also provide ongoing support for the system and be flexible in taking on other operational roles such as data analysis, process optimization, or e-commerce management.


The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of NetSuite ERP, experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon, and an analytical mindset that allows them to take on broader operational responsibilities as needed.


Key Responsibilities:


NetSuite Implementation & Support:

- Lead the full implementation of NetSuite ERP for 310 Nutrition, ensuring seamless integration with Shopify, Amazon, and retail (Sprouts).

- Collaborate with external consultants (if necessary) and internal teams to ensure that all business processes and data flows are effectively integrated into NetSuite.

- Data Migration: Oversee and manage the migration of financial, customer, inventory, and operational data from legacy systems into NetSuite.

- Customizations & Automation: Customize NetSuite modules to fit the unique needs of our e-commerce and retail operations, including setting up automated workflows, scripts, and reporting.

- Ongoing Support: Provide continuous support for NetSuite ERP post-implementation, including troubleshooting, training staff, and optimizing processes within the system.

- Documentation: Create detailed documentation of NetSuite workflows, customizations, and best practices for internal use.


E-commerce Integration:

- Ensure proper synchronization of data between Shopify, Amazon, Sprouts, and NetSuite, including order management, inventory control, and financial reporting.

- Develop and implement best practices for integrating these platforms with NetSuite to streamline operations and improve efficiency.


Operational Support & Analytics:

- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and work to automate and streamline them using NetSuite and other tools.

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the finance, operations, and marketing teams by providing insights through data analysis, creating custom reports in NetSuite, and identifying trends.

- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory tracking, purchasing, and reconciliation within NetSuite to ensure accurate reporting and optimization of stock levels across multiple channels.

- Assist with other operational tasks, including customer service support, logistics coordination, and e-commerce strategy execution as needed.


Qualifications:


Technical Skills:

- 3+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP implementation and management, preferably in an e-commerce or retail setting.

- Experience with Shopify and Amazon platform integrations, including order management and inventory control.

- Strong understanding of retail operations, including point-of-sale systems (e.g., Sprouts or other retail chains).

- Ability to customize NetSuite using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.

- Proficient in data migration, including mapping legacy data into NetSuite.

- Experience in automating workflows and creating custom reports within NetSuite.

- Knowledge of financial processes including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and inventory reconciliation in an ERP system.


Analytical & Operational Skills:

- Strong data analysis skills: Ability to interpret business data and provide insights for decision-making.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and fixing inefficiencies.

- Ability to take on additional operational responsibilities such as inventory management, customer service, and logistics coordination.


Soft Skills:

- Strong communication skills, capable of working cross-functionally with finance, operations, marketing, and external vendors.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a strong collaborator with remote teams.

- Adaptable: Willingness to take on new responsibilities and evolve with the role as needed by the company.

- Experience working remotely and effectively managing time and priorities in a distributed work environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in consumer goods or food & beverage industries.

- Prior experience in ERP customization and integration projects for multi-channel e-commerce businesses.

- Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or other data visualization tools for advanced reporting.

- Experience working with offshore teams and/or previous experience in a BPO or e-commerce support setting.
