Job Description: Software Engineering Intern — AI/ML (Bangalore | 3–6 Months | Full-Time Conversion Possible)About Wundrsight HealthWundrsight Health is building the next generation of AI-powered digital health and rehabilitation technologies using computer vision, large language models, and XR-based therapeutics. Our solutions are used in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and mental health institutions to deliver measurable, personalized care at scale.We are looking for a highly motivated AI/ML Software Engineering Intern who can help us build end-to-end AI systems, from research to production deployment.Role: Software Engineering Intern — AI/MLLocation: Bangalore (On-site preferred)Duration: 3–6 monthsConversion: High-performing intern will be offered full-time rolesKey ResponsibilitiesBuild and optimize end-to-end AI pipelines involving LLMs, Computer Vision, and model deployment.Develop and integrate real-time CV models (YOLO, MediaPipe, OpenCV, etc.) into mobile and web applications.Implement AI-based movement assessment modules — pose tracking, landmark extraction, gait analysis, ROM calculations.Work on LLM-based features such as classification, summarization, prompt engineering, and multimodal processing.Write efficient, clean, production-grade code in Python and C++.Build APIs, microservices, and backend systems to serve AI models at scale.Run experiments, evaluate model performance, and optimize inference for edge and cloud deployment.Collaborate with senior engineers, clinical experts, and product teams to ship high-impact features.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong proficiency in Python and C++ (mandatory).Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).Hands-on experience with computer vision frameworks such as: YOLO (v5/v8/v9), MediaPipe, OpenCVDeep learning libraries (PyTorch / TensorFlow)Experience building apps with LLMs, transformers, embeddings, and multimodal AI models.Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines — data preprocessing, training, validation, deployment.Understanding of real-time model optimization (ONNX, TensorRT, quantization) is a plus.Ability to quickly learn, experiment, and iterate on research ideas.Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)Projects or research work in pose estimation, 3D reconstruction, gait analysis, object detection, or medical imaging.Experience deploying models to production (REST APIs, FastAPI, Docker, AWS).Exposure to Unity, GPU optimization, or XR is a plus.Previous internship or open-source contributions in AI/ML/CV.What We OfferOpportunity to work and co-author papers, patents in real-world healthcare AI used by hospitals and clinics.Mentorship from senior engineers and clinical AI experts.Work on cutting-edge multimodal AI, CV, and LLM systems.Fast learning environment with high ownership and rapid deployment cycles.Full-time conversion based on performance.How to ApplyApply here.
