In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming CVs and leads by opening and organizing files. You will be able to actively reach out to leads via phone calls, help with data management, and support various administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to take on ad hoc tasks as needed.Responsibilities: Opening files as they receive CVs / leadsCalling leadsData entry and managementUsing various platforms to source leadsAd hoc admin tasksAnswer Incoming callsQualifications: Fresh graduates or postgraduates who are eager to learn and contribute to our team.Strong written and verbal communication skills are essentialMust be able to handle ad hoc tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain flexibility in a dynamic work environment.Proficiency with office software (such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic administrative tools is highly beneficial.Join us at Greenstaff Medical and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare staffing across Australia.
