Gamlaa is seeking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Accounts Receivable

The Accounts Receivable professional will be responsible for tasks such as managing financial transactions, invoicing, debt collection, and utilizing analytical skills to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations within the company.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain day to day bookkeeping for Receipts and payments transactions, bank account reconciliations, etc.
  • Billing cycle management
  • Regular account reconciliations
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and manage debt collection process
  • Client ledger updates, reconciliations and sorting customer advances, on account payment, etc.
  • Generate and analyze accounts receivable reports
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and financial regulations.


Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce - Full time course
  • 5+ years’ experience in accounts receivable or similar finance role
  • Strong proficiency in Tally & Microsoft Excel
  • Good knowledge on TDS, GST, and E-Invoicing
  • Understanding of TDS and GST regulations
  • Experience in calculating and filing TDS and GST returns
  • Experience in E-Invoicing systems and processes
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and best practices
