Job role: Sr. Graphic Designer

Duration: Full time

Location: Mumbai HQ

Experience: 7+ years


Job responsibilities:


  • Assist in the design and development of creative assets for digital and print projects, including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners, marketing collateral, and presentations
  • Collaborate with senior designers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
  • Generate creative ideas and concepts, and contribute to brainstorming sessions and design discussions
  • Execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and design standards
  • Support the production of design deliverables, including image editing, layout design, and file preparation for print and digital distribution
  • Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to enhance design skills and knowledge continually
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing digital asset libraries and design files
  • Participate in design critiques and feedback sessions to refine and improve design outputs


Qualifications:


  • Proven graphic designing experience
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • A degree in design, fine arts, or related field is a plus
  • Command over current design trends and aesthetics
