About TarinaTarina is a luxury womenswear brand rooted in India’s handwoven textile heritage.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and hands-on communications professional to lead brand storytelling, PR outreach, content creation, and digital presence. This role bridges creative and strategic functions — managing Tarina’s narrative across print, digital, and experiential platforms.Key Responsibilities1. Public Relations & CollaborationsBuild and maintain relationships with fashion editors, stylists, influencers, and key opinion leaders..2. Content & Campaign ManagementDevelop brand-aligned content calendars for social media, website, and newsletters.Conceptualize and oversee photoshoots - from pre-production to post-production (mood boards, references, coordination with photographers, stylists, models, etc.).Manage collection launch campaigns, emailers, and storytelling series.3. Social Media & Digital PresenceOversee Tarina’s social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest).4. Website & Brand AssetsCoordinate website updates (new launches, lookbooks, product uploads, press features).Ensure high-quality imagery, copy, and UX alignment with brand ethos.Manage digital asset libraries, ensuring easy access for press, buyers, and collaborators.Requirements3–4 years of experience in PR, communications, or brand marketing — preferably in fashion, design, or luxury lifestyle.Strong understanding of fashion media, influencer ecosystems, and digital content trends.Excellent writing and communication skills.Eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.Ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and timelines simultaneously.Working knowledge of Adobe photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, social media management tools, and basic website CMS preferred.Personal AttributesDetail-oriented and proactive.Strong aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury and craftsmanship.Relationship-driven, articulate, and culturally aware.Passionate about Indian textiles and contemporary design.CompensationCompetitive, commensurate with experience and aligned with luxury industry standards.
