Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst at TAC Security in Pune. The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting business analysis, communicating with stakeholders, defining business processes, and documenting business requirements on a day-to-day basis.


Job Summary: As a Business Analyst at TAC Security, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical teams and business stakeholders. You will analyze business needs, define project requirements, and support the development of solutions that enhance our security offerings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the cybersecurity sector.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), and use cases.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Assist in the development and testing of new software features and enhancements.
  • Monitor project progress and provide status updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and technologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
