For an international project in Chennai, we are urgently looking for 2x Full-Remote (Senior) React.js Developer with +5 years of experience in Front-End development with strong expertise in React.js.We are looking for a motivated contractor. Candidates need to be fluent in English.Tasks and responsibilities:Develop and maintain advanced frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3;Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive, and accessible user interfaces;Collaborate with MS Power Platform team to host and integrate React applications within the MS ecosystem;Optimize frontend applications for maximum performance and compatibility;Implement state management using Redux, Recoil, Zustand, or Context API;Build reusable component libraries and shared UI frameworks;Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs;Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines;Work in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, estimations, and continuous improvement;Profile:Bachelor or Master degree;5+ years of experience in Front-End development with strong expertise in React.js;Proficiency in JavaScript ES6+ and TypeScript;Expert knowledge of React Hooks, Context API, Suspense, and component lifecycle;Experience with Redux, MobX, Zustand, or other state management libraries;Familiarity with UI libraries like Material-UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS, or Bootstrap;Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD workflows, and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library);Experience with performance tuning, lazy loading, and code splitting;Experience with Webpack, Parcel, Vite, and package managers (npm/yarn);Knowledge of authentication flows and security best practices;Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills;Experience integrating React apps with Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage;Fluent in English;
