Job Overview:

As an RPA Architect, you will design, develop, and support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions across various technologies. Your expertise will be critical in analyzing business processes, recommending process improvements, and developing RPA solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for working with development teams to implement RPA solutions and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

RPA Solution Design & Development:

  • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide end-to-end RPA process automation, including assessments, designs, and RPA Proof of Concepts (PoCs).

Business Process Analysis & Improvements:

  • Analyze current business processes to identify areas of improvement and propose automation solutions.
  • Suggest process enhancements and develop RPA solutions tailored to business needs.

Technical Expertise & Support:

  • Work closely with developers to ensure that RPA solutions are implemented effectively and meet business objectives.
  • Provide technical support and guidance throughout the RPA project lifecycle, from planning through implementation.

RPA Platform Expertise:

  • Demonstrate expertise in at least one of the leading RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere, UI Path, or similar.
  • Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center, Intelligent Document Processing / Understanding.
  • Understand and apply RPA platform technology and architecture concepts in solution design.

Risk & Issue Management:

  • Identify, assess, and resolve technical issues and risks that may affect the timely delivery of RPA solutions.

Solution Delivery & Demos:

  • Deliver demos, technical solutions, and provide ongoing support for new and existing RPA applications.

Process Complexity Assessment:

  • Define and assess the complexity of business processes for RPA delivery, ensuring that the RPA solutions meet project timelines and business requirements.

Requirements -

Experience:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, IT automation, or relevant technical roles, with a focus on RPA.

Technical Expertise:

  • Good to have experience in scripting and coding languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, and VB.NET.

RPA Platforms:

  • Expertise in at least one of the leading RPA platforms like Automation Anywhere or UI Path or Blue Prism
  • Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center, Intelligent Document Processing / Understanding.
  • Certification in any RPA platform (Automation Anywhere, UI Path) will be an advantage.

Business Process Assessment:

  • Proven ability to assess business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Experience in creating RPA proof of concepts and delivering automation solutions for complex business processes.

Risk Management:

  • Ability to assess and manage technical risks during the RPA delivery process.

Collaboration:

  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, etc.) to ensure successful RPA implementations.
