Qualification: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, visual communication, or a related field.


Experience: A minimum of 3-8 years in graphic design.


Who We Are Looking For

A creative and skilled individual with a strong foundation in graphic design principles and software proficiency. They will be responsible for creating two-dimensional visual designs, typically for digital or printed materials. This role also requires a strong understanding of 3D design principles, excellent communication skills and being a Team player.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute innovative design concepts that align with brand strategies, ensuring a consistent and compelling visual narrative across all touchpoints.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including strategists, copywriters, 3D artists and client servicing teams, to bring concepts to life in ways that surprise and delight audiences.
  3. Utilize your expertise in design software to produce high-quality assets that are both visually stunning and production ready.
  4. Stay ahead of design trends, particularly in the experiential marketing and digital space, and integrate fresh, cutting-edge ideas into your work.
  5. If needed, present design concepts along with client servicing team to clients, articulating your creative vision and rationale, while also being open to feedback and iterations.
  6. Guide junior designers and work in tandem with other designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team.
  7. To collaborate with the events and activations team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  8. Create 3D designs and visualizations for event spaces, stages, booths, and other experiential marketing elements.
  9. Use 3D modelling software such as SketchUp or 3D Max to create high-quality 3D designs and visualizations.
  10. AutoCAD knowledge to produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for fabrication and construction purposes.
  11. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and ensuring high-quality standards.
  12. Communicate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback into your designs.


Skills:

  1. Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  2. A proactive, solutions-oriented approach, with the agility to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  3. Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as 3D Max and AutoCAD.
  4. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Understanding of lighting design and its impact on 3D spaces
