Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the plant finance and supply chain activities with respect to vendor managementWill be heading finance function for the plant involving determining financial objectives and designing & implementing systems & procedures to facilitate internal financial controlReview Capex proposal, Service Contract, Logistic contract relevant to BU's to ensure it relevance to business requirement, financial terms and conditions, justification of price, taxation, budget availability.Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actionsContribute to improving working capital utilization through inventory analysis and recommendationResponsible for implementing and maintaining a robust internal control environment in the manufacturing unitsProvide support through ad-hoc analysis on manufacturing and supply chain business decisionsQualifications, Experience & SkillsCA or ICWA qualified10 - 15+ years experience in a relevant senior plant finance roleThis role requires advanced experience in the Finance, Manufacturing environment,Strong ERP preferably SAP exposure and Product Costing experience.Strong automotive experienceExperience with EV is a plus
