We’re now seeking a skilled and passionate Technical Co-Founder to join us on this transformative journey.


Role Overview:

As the Technical Co-Founder, you’ll be responsible for leading the technical development and implementation of our product. You’ll work closely with the founder to shape the product vision, build scalable solutions, and bring the product to market. This is an entrepreneurial role that offers significant equity and the opportunity to make a profound impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Lead the design, architecture, and development of our tech product, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Product Development: Translate business requirements into technical solutions, from MVP to full-scale deployment.
  • Team Building: Recruit, manage, and mentor a technical team as the company scales.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the founder to define the product roadmap, growth strategies, and market entry plans.
  • Problem-Solving: Address technical challenges and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to ensure our product remains competitive.


Key Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in software development, system architecture, or related technical fields.
  • Product Experience: Hands-on experience in building and scaling B2B or SaaS products.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a passion for innovation.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work in a startup environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with construction tech or related industries is a bonus but not mandatory.
