Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Plant Maintenance & Warehouse Manufacturing Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will assist in plant maintenance tasks, support warehouse operations, and contribute to ensuring the smooth running of the manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in plant maintenance and warehouse management. SAP training will be provided to enhance your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plant Maintenance Support:
  • Assist in routine maintenance and repairs of plant machinery and equipment under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Help implement preventive maintenance schedules to keep plant equipment in good working condition.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues with machinery and help resolve minor technical problems.
  • Maintain maintenance records and logs as directed.
  • Warehouse Manufacturing Support:
  • Assist with inventory management, ensuring that stock is properly stored and labeled.
  • Support warehouse operations by helping with order picking, packing, and shipment preparation.
  • Ensure that warehouse processes follow safety guidelines and organizational protocols.
  • Logistics Support:
  • Assist in managing the movement of goods within the warehouse and plant, ensuring timely delivery and stock accuracy.
  • Help coordinate logistics activities to ensure smooth operations between departments and on-time shipments.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with senior maintenance and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow instructions for day-to-day tasks and contribute to team initiatives.
  • Learning and Development:
  • Participate in training programs to develop your skills in plant maintenance, warehouse management, logistics, and SAP.
  • Support continuous improvement activities by suggesting areas for process improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education:
  • Preferred: MBA (fresh graduate) or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience).
  • Experience:
  • No prior experience required. Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in plant maintenance, warehouse operations, or logistics are welcome to apply.
  • Skills:
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in plant maintenance and warehouse operations.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.
  • A proactive attitude with an eagerness to contribute to continuous improvement.
