Job Profile Overview:


Responsible for employee talent management & engagement programs and facilitates in creating a dynamic and positive work environment. Drive the programs for achieving better retention, fostering employee well-being and development leading to employee motivation, happiness & better experience. Should have experience in managing


Accountable and Responsible for:

  • Developing Management & Engagement Strategies: Formulate and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention across the organization.
  • Program Development: Design and execute comprehensive employee engagement programs and initiatives, including recognition programs, wellness initiatives, team-building activities, and fun / hobby related activities.
  • Responsible for handling the entire employee life cycle management from the onboarding to offboarding.
  • Maintain HR databases and prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover and retention rates.
  • Maintain and update employee records related to attendance, leaves, overtime and address attendance discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries.
  • Communication Channels: Establish and maintain effective communication channels to facilitate open dialogue, feedback, and collaboration among employees and between employees and management.
  • Internal Communication-Manage various communication channels such as town-hall, emails, intranets, newsletters, and bulletin boards to keep employees informed about company news, policies, events, and initiatives.
  • Employee Feedback: Implement mechanisms to gather employee feedback and suggestions, such as surveys, focus groups, and suggestion boxes. Analyse employee profiles / data to identify trends, concerns, and areas for improvement.
  • Recognition and Rewards: Develop and administer employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding performance, contributions, and achievements. Ensure recognition efforts are fair, consistent, and aligned with organizational values.
  • Engagement Activities-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute activities such as festivals, annual day celebrations, and employee awards ceremonies, Sports leagues etc.
  • Branding-Employee Engagement and Communications professional is responsible for cultivating and projecting the employer brand both internally and externally.
  • Professional Development: Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career growth opportunities. Work with L&D team and managers to identify training needs and design relevant learning experiences.
  • Employee Events: Plan and organize employee events, such as team-building exercises, social gatherings, and company celebrations. Foster a sense of camaraderie, teamwork, and community spirit among employees.
  • Physical and Mental Wellness Initiatives: Promote employee health and well-being by organizing wellness programs, activities, and resources. Address work-life balance issues and provide support for physical, mental, and emotional health.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging research in employee engagement and organizational behaviour. Incorporate new ideas and innovations into engagement strategies to continuously improve employee satisfaction and organizational performance.
  • Facilitate smooth exit processes and handling documentation. Analyse exit data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance employee retention.
