Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sugar Trader based in Thane. The role involves managing day-to-day trading operations, monitoring market trends, analyzing data, and developing trading strategies. The Sugar Trader will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth execution of trade transactions. Additionally, the role includes coordinating with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications Understanding of commodity trading, supply chain operations, and market analysisProficiency in data analysis and financial modeling to support decision-makingNegotiation, communication, and relationship management skillsKnowledge of regulatory compliance and contract handlingAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, result-oriented environmentRelevant experience in the commodity trading sectorBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related fieldStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
