Role Overview:

Milktub Agency is seeking a highly skilled and self-sufficient Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in Android app development and a strong command of the MEAN and MERN stacks. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on apps, a deep understanding of how systems are set up and run, and the ability to work independently to deliver high-quality solutions with minimal supervision.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Stack Development:
  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MEAN and MERN stacks.
  • Collaborate on both front-end and back-end tasks, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.


  • Android App Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain Android applications with a focus on performance and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing apps while implementing enhancements.


  • Self-Sufficient Problem Solving:
  • Manage projects and complete tasks independently with minimal oversight.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end development processes, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.


  • Systems Understanding:
  • Set up, configure, and manage application infrastructure and architecture.
  • Ensure applications are secure, reliable, and optimized for performance.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio of Android apps and web applications.
  • Expertise in MEAN (MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node.js) and MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) stacks.
  • Proficient in Android development with a good grasp of Java/Kotlin, Android Studio, and related tools.
  • Solid understanding of database design, management, and query optimization (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with API development and integration (RESTful APIs, GraphQL).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within a remote-first team.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
