Role - Assistant Housekeeping Manager (Female)Location – IndiaHotel Category – 4 StarDepartment: HousekeepingReporting To: Executive Housekeeping ManagerPosition Type: Full-TimeSalary: As per experiencePosition Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Housekeeping Manager (Female) to assist in managing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Supervise housekeeping staff and daily operations of rooms, corridors, and public areas.Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to hygiene standards.Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance management.Manage inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.Qualifications & Requirements:Strong organizational and leadership skills.Well-groomed and professional appearance.Ability to manage large teams and coordinate across departments.Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, and equipment.Key Competencies:Leadership & team managementQuality & hygiene awarenessGuest service orientationProblem-solvingWorking Conditions:Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.Physical activity including walking, standing, and occasional lifting.KPIs:Cleanliness audit scoresStaff productivity & efficiencyGuest feedback and complaints resolution
