Qualifications:
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, or related fields, those with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification are preferred.
- Work experience: at least 7 years of experience in financial management, and more than two years of experience in a SaaS product company.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience in strategic planning and providing financial insights to support business decisions.
Skill requirements:
- Familiar with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Capable of working in a multinational environment and understanding the financial dynamics of the software industry.
