We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Account Manager to join our team. The Digital Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and overseeing the successful implementation of digital marketing strategies.
** This is a very hands-on role and will require the right candidate to have excellent client communication skills along with effective delegation and inter department management & reporting skills. The Candidate is also expected to have experience in SEO, PPC, Social, Analytics, develop, fine-tune and implement digital marketing strategies with various teams and report to clients directly.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Research advertising trends.
● Research competitors’ pricing and products.
● Determine what content will reach customers.
● Publish digital marketing content online.
● Monitor social media and Google Analytics.
● Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools.
● Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders.
● Scale campaigns to maximize ROI.
● Conduct market research to inform campaign.
● Any other duties as directed by Management.
Qualifications:
● 3 years of working experience as a Digital Account Manager (preferable in an Agency environment)
● 3 years of experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
● 3 years of experience with Google Ad words campaigns
● In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
● Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
● 3 years of experience in customer service
● Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
● Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
● Team player and good time-management skills
● Great interpersonal and communication skills
