About the Job:


We are seeking a qualified Business Analyst to join our team. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our software by researching software user flows and preparing a comprehensive Software Requirement Document. Additionally, they will be responsible for introducing new features or refining existing ones. The role also entails effective communication with UX designers to ensure that the design aligns with the specified requirements. The Business Analyst will further collaborate closely with the development team throughout the development process.


Key Responsibilities:


- Conduct in-depth research on software requirements.

- Prepare comprehensive Software Requirement Documents.

- Introduce new features and refine existing ones in the software.

- Proper coordination with stakeholders and the development team.

- Prepare presentations and conduct demos of the software.

- Train the stakeholder team by giving effective software demos.

- Assist in the team in the preparation of user manuals, tutorial videos, and other related documentation.


Qualifications:


- Any Graduation with relevant experience in the Software Development and business research space.

- Clear understanding and exposure to the Web and Mobile app development platforms.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Proficient in collecting and evaluating data from multiple sources.

- Strong coordination and team leadership skills.

- Clear and concise communication abilities..
