Telecaller / Telesales ExecutiveCompany: Academic Excellence Consultants Location: Unacademy Centre, Kota (IPIA, Road No. 2, Kota) Joining: ImmediateAbout the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team at the Unacademy Centre Kota. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, generating leads, converting prospects, and maintaining strong communication with students and parents.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to students and parents to promote our academic consulting and learning servicesHandle inbound inquiries and provide correct information about courses, programs, and servicesFollow up with potential leads to achieve daily/weekly conversion targetsMaintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRMBuild strong rapport with students and provide guidance when requiredCoordinate with the counselling and admissions team to drive enrollmentsAchieve assigned sales and performance goals consistentlyRequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking styleAbility to handle pressure and meet targetsPrevious experience in telecalling or telesales (education sector preferred but not mandatory)Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)What We OfferCompetitive salary + attractive incentivesSupportive work environment at Unacademy Centre KotaTraining and growth opportunities within the organisationChance to work with an education-focused consulting brandWho Should Apply?If you are a self-driven individual with strong communication skills and a passion for helping students, we’d love to meet you.
