Job Title: Senior WordPress & Shopify Developer Location: Nagpur (On-Site) Experience: 4–7 years CTC: ₹10–15 LPA (based on Shopify expertise, execution speed, and full-stack capability) Department: Web & Digital ExperienceRole Overview We are looking for a Senior WordPress & Shopify Developer to lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of our WordPress service website (hoora.in) and our Shopify D2C store (shop.hoora.in). This is a full-ownership role involving end-to-end web development—architecture, UI implementation, performance optimization, SEO, integrations, landing pages, and CRO.Key Responsibilities1. WordPress Development & ManagementOwn development and maintenance of hoora.inCustom theme development and modificationsBuild landing pages, forms, micrositesEnsure Lighthouse/PageSpeed scores >85Manage plugins, caching, security, and performanceHandle basic server operations (Linux, DNS, Cloudflare, backups)2. Shopify Store DevelopmentManage and develop shop.hoora.in using LiquidCustomize themes, checkout, cart logic, and product pagesImplement upsells, bundles, and CRO-driven UI componentsIntegrate payment gateways, shipping, GST invoicing, review apps, and analyticsOptimize store performance, schema, and mobile UX3. Front-End EngineeringExpert-level HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScriptBuild responsive UI components across WordPress and ShopifyFix alignment issues, animations, and browser/device inconsistencies4. Integrations & AutomationIntegrate CRM, WhatsApp, analytics, and tracking pixelsGA4, Meta, and GTM implementationsSEO technical execution (schema, redirects, robots, sitemaps)5. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams for A/B tests, landing pages, and campaignsManage promotional updates and seasonal changesLead junior developers or external vendors when requiredOwn and maintain the entire web presence of HooraRequired Skills & Experience4+ years of WordPress development (custom themes)Strong experience with Shopify LiquidExpert in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScriptStrong PHP knowledgeREST API integrationsPage speed optimization and technical SEO fundamentalsGood-to-HaveShopify Plus or Shopify Scripts experiencePixel-perfect implementation from FigmaBasic GitFamiliarity with Cloudflare, Hostinger, cPanel, AWS S3Experience with CRO tools (Hotjar, Clarity, VWO)Soft SkillsHigh ownership mindsetStrong attention to detailFast execution and independent working styleStrong communication and planningSuccess IndicatorsLighthouse score above 85 across websitesMobile-first, high-performance pagesFaster landing page turnaroundsImproved conversion and reduced bounce rateReliable, high-quality web delivery without external dependencyWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PMApply now at mayank@hoora.me
