Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer at Marketing Lab located in New Town, Kolkata. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating mainly graphics for FB/IG/Google ads as part of the day-to-day tasks.


Selected candidate’s responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for a variety of digital and print materials, including social media creatives, performance and growth creatives etc.
  • Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent across all media.
  • Manage and organize a library of design assets for easy access and use by the design team.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to inspire new ideas and approaches.
  • Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial brief to final delivery.
  • Set project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.


Qualifications

  • Available for a full time (in-office)
  • Education qualification: - Graduation in B. Design
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, 3ds Max
  • Great aesthetic sense, creative thinking and attention to detail
  • Excellent with typography and layout
  • Ability to create 3D models of products and animate them
  • Good communication skills to present ideas
  • Ability to lead them in a time bound environment
  • To be able to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Knowledge of Adobe Premiere. Adobe XD, Figma is a plus
