Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune [WFO]

Working Hours: 12:00pm to 9.00pm

Title: Kronos Sr Developer/ Lead Experience: 6+ Years

Must Have StrongExperience in:

1. Kronos WorkforceCentral

2. Kronos Workforce Dimensions

3. Dell BoomiIntegrations

4. WIM

5. SQL

Skills:

· Experience in Kronos Workforce Central with knowledge in modules like Timekeeping, Global Time Off, Basic Scheduling, Accruals, Attestation, Activities, Devices

·Work experience in Kronos Workforce Dimensions (WFD) and implementation.

·Experience on Intouch clocksand resolving issuesrelated to clock devices.

· Experience on Dell Boomiand developed commonrequirement of WFD in Timekeeping and Attendance, DataViews, Reports, Attestations.

·Integration Development using Dell Boomi for Dimensions enhancements and change requests.

·Experience in Kronos WIM upstream and downstream Interfaces.

·Experience in SQL and PL SQL programming to be able to work on Interfaces development.

Responsibilities

·Perform configuration, re-configuration, enhancements for WFD application.

·Analyzing, Understanding, and documenting businessprocesses.

·Ability to work in Integrations with multiple systemsand collaborate with teams for implementation.

·Ability to work in a fast-paced project team using Agile projectmanagement techniques.

· Work with team to assist with developing and implementing application designs to optimizeperformance, scalability, and sustainability.

·Should be a team player and able to work independently wherever required.
