Key Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory guidelines, and client requirements.Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions, and implement corrective and preventive actions.Carry out site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to minimize hazards.Maintain safety records, reports, permits, and documentation as per statutory and client requirements.Support incident investigation, root cause analysis, and preparation of corrective action plans.Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to safety management systems and procedures.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s/Diploma in Engineering or Safety Management.Certification in Industrial Safety / NEBOSH / IOSH preferred.Strong knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices.Effective communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.Exp: 5 to 10 YrsCTC: Upto 12 LPALocation: Sirohi
