Salary Range: ₹50,000 - ₹200,000 / monthWhat you’ll do:Write short, engaging video scripts that explain technical concepts simplyTransform complex topics into visual, intuitive, “ohhh THAT makes sense” explanationsCollaborate with SMEs to ensure accuracy & clarityCreate storyboards and visual ideas for learning videosUse examples, metaphors, and humor where appropriateThink from the learner’s perspective - keep them hookedHelp define voice, tone, and pacing of SkillCat lessonsYou might be a great fit if you:Have worked in Vedantu / Byju’s / Unacademy / PW / JoshTalks / CrashCourse style rolesHave written or acted in educational or explainer videosThink in scripts, scenes, visuals, and narrativeAre curious about how things work - physics, devices, machines, everyday techLove simplifying content and making it understandableCan write with a natural, friendly, conversational toneNot necessary (but a bonus):Experience in video creation or hostingExperience with animated explainersExperience in STEM or science communicationPersonal YouTube or Instagram creator experienceExperience creating content for beginner-level audiencesNot required at all:Experience with SCORM/StorylineCorporate L&D backgroundAcademic instructional design certifications(These backgrounds tend to be too formal/static - we’re after creators.)
